About me

Hi, I'm Sarah! My passion for lifting began over 10 years ago when I signed up for a 10-pack of personal training sessions at my local gym. After a few sessions, I built up the courage to ask my trainer to teach me the fundamentals of the big three: squat, deadlift, and bench press. I’ll never forget the excitement in his eyes when I asked, and how eager he was to guide me through each session that followed. I also can’t forget how much more capable and empowered I felt in the gym.

Since then, I've developed a love for all sorts of activities—everything from Jiu Jitsu and Crossfit to running half and full marathons, rock climbing, paddleboarding, and yoga. My life feels most in tune when I'm moving my body. This journey inspired me to become a certified personal trainer, so I can help others discover the joy of movement and empower them to reach their strongest, healthiest selves.
